Keyers

PIP

To display picture in picture or overlays (lower thirds), use the Stream Deck:

  • Select which PIP source you want (Camera 1-3, screen or media)

  • Activate PIP Transition to toggle PIP with the next transition

  • Press PIP On Air to instantly toggle PIP on program

Overlay

To display an overlay (e.g. speaker name) on the program, press Key {Media} on the Stream Deck:

Note

The overlay can’t be displayed in preview and is only available on program, so you might want to test that in advance.

Important

If you manually tinkered with the downstream or upstream keyer and you no longer get the expected output, press the Reset keyers button on the Stream Deck.

Media selection

There’s only one Media player available on the ATEM Mini, which means you can only display / use one Media at a time. To select a new Media, press the Select media button on the Stream Deck.

Note

This media is used for the STILL and also the Overlay downstream keyer.
